The Reservoir Group (TRG) has been in business since 2016 and operates with the main goals of creating opportunities for housing in local markets and developing communities for people to call home. The TRG team has a combined 70+ years of experience including acquisitions, development, construction, and property management of more than $2 billion of National real estate value. We focus on utilizing this breadth of knowledge, and our ability to see value where others do not, and work hard on building lasting relationships with our partners based on integrity and transparency.

TRG is well positioned to identify, acquire, and manage real estate investments in our target markets in the Southeastern United States. TRG has experience in GA, TN, FL, SC, NC, AL, and several other select markets, with extensive, long-term relationships with sales and capital market brokers, direct access to banks via strategic partnerships, sophisticated investment approaches that can be applied to small and middle market transactions, and a large volume of applicable transaction and managerial experiences.
